As Hyatt’s internal systems and culture work matured, we expanded our role to support B2B sales enablement and enterprise business development — including development of the Relationships video series, an external-facing asset used in high-level sales presentations to illustrate Hyatt’s unique approach to client and customer partnerships.
Our work in this area combined narrative development, creative production, and targeted media design to ensure Hyatt’s external brand reflected the same clarity and consistency that guided its internal culture.
