Honoring our internal audience

Our work included promotion, branding, logistics, support, and occasional speaking for large-scale, internal events, including KickStart. Originally called iLead, this event served as Hyatt’s de facto sales conference with nearly a thousand attendees from around the globe.

The success of these well-received initiatives partly stemmed from the special projects team’s acknowledgment that their sales teams should be treated as valued customers.
