Lessons in structure and compliance
We went into the Eli Lilly project with low expectations, anticipating a long and dry engagement building a six-hour compliance training mandated by a billion-dollar settlement. Despite some early stumbles, our supportive and patient clients turned it into an incredible learning opportunity. Their encouragement helped us embrace a more structured design process, moving beyond our narrative instincts.
This experience taught us to break down complex content into manageable, engaging segments, resulting in a scenario-based training that exceeded federal standards and kept learners engaged. We were young and needed the money, but the lessons we learned were invaluable.
